You do have a choice to focus on negative or positive events. Think about what is going right and what is working for you. Wake up each morning and practice gratitude. Look for the blue specs of sky on a cloudy day. Take a walk and get some fresh air. Listen to your favorite music. Find a hobby or sport you like. Reach out to friends. Practice daily self-care, even if you only have a few minutes to do so. When you think that you have no time for yourself, that’s when you really need to the find time.
